PRE-CONSTRUCTION MODELLING + REPORTING

Pre-construction energy modelling to verify compliance with local building regulations, along with relevant reports and checklists.

MID-CONSTRUCTION VERIFICATION + AIR TIGHTNESS TESTING

Mid-construction assembly verification and air tightness testing to proactively catch and address variances from pre-construction assumptions. Revise pre-construction model to reflect any changes, provide solutions to remain within compliance if required, and verify no major air leaks are present prior to closing up.

AS-BUILT VERIFICATION + AIR TIGHTNESS TESTING + REPORTING

As-built assembly verification and final air tightness testing to confirm as-built conditions and ensure damage to air barrier did not occur during finishing activities, along with relevant reports and checklists for occupancy permit.
